Terms of Service: Hourly Notion Consulting Packages

By purchasing hourly consulting packages from Taimi Ventures Oy ("Taimi," "we," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services
Taimi provides Notion-related consulting services on an hourly basis. This includes, but is not limited to, designing and building Notion systems and templates, troubleshooting, training, support, and coaching calls related to Notion.

2. Payment & Validity
All consulting packages must be paid in full before any services are rendered. Purchased hours are valid for 6 calendar months from the date of purchase. Unused hours are non-refundable.

3. Use of Hours
Hours can be used through scheduled calls or for asynchronous work requested by the client, such as answering questions via email or performing done-for-you building and configuration work. Time will be tracked and deducted based on actual time spent.

4. Communication Channels
Services are typically delivered via scheduled calls, email and Notion.

5. Use of Subcontractors
Taimi may use qualified subcontractors to deliver portions of the services. All subcontractors are bound to the same confidentiality and service quality standards. Taimi remains responsible for the quality of subcontractor work.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private and to only use such information for purposes related to these services.

7. Intellectual Property
All Existing Intellectual Property Rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Party owning them. Any new Intellectual Property Rights created by Taimi in the course of providing the services will be owned by Taimi, to the extent that they relate directly to Taimi’s core business, the Services, or Taimi’s Existing Intellectual Property Rights. Taimi grants the Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any deliverables provided as part of the Services solely for internal business use. Customer may not sell, distribute, or share such materials outside their organization.

8. Platform Limitations & Third-Party Tools
Taimi is not responsible for limitations, bugs, or outages in Notion or other third-party platforms. This includes issues that may affect automations, integrations, or functionality due to changes made by those platforms. Taimi may offer troubleshooting support for such issues at our standard hourly rate.

9. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or business results from consulting services. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability
Taimi's total liability will not exceed the fees you have paid for the unused portion of your consulting hours. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. This agreement is binding as of the date of purchase.
