Happy Clients.
Notion has just created a new app, Notion Calendar. This much-anticipated app allows users to seamlessly integrate their calendar with their notes, tasks, and databases within Notion.
Organizing and viewing events is now simpler than ever with cool new features.
Users can now join meetings directly from the menu bar eliminating the need to switch to a different app or browser tab. This makes it easier for users to join meetings and stay focused on the task at hand.
When sending availability to others, there is no need to have a separate app or account, streamlining the process for everyone. Now, with Notion Calendar, you can easily collaborate and share schedules with your colleagues, making it simple to coordinate and agree on a schedule without the back and forth.
With Notion Calendar, collaboration across timezones is now simpler and more visual. You can easily coordinate schedules with international colleagues and clients without the hassle of manual time conversions, making it much easier to agree on and meet schedules no matter where you are.
Users can also benefit from shortcuts for faster navigation and use, increasing efficiency - especially for power users. For instance, users can share availabilities from the command menu, saving time by providing a faster, more direct way to access key functions.
Notion Calendar is also available in 12 languages, including English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish, making it accessible to a wider global audience.
Notion Calendar fully integrates with Notion, allowing users to see deadlines and timelines in one place. By integrating deadlines and project timelines into your calendar, you can easily identify the tasks that require your immediate attention, ensuring focus on meeting crucial project milestones and delivering results on time.
The full integration of Notion also enables users to connect and create Notion docs right in your calendar, so you’ll always have full context for every meeting.
With all events in one place, you can easily see all your commitments without worrying about accidental conflicts between work and personal events. You can also connect multiple calendars and easily sync work and personal schedules to avoid double bookings.
To get started using Notion Calendar, you'll need to download and install the separate Notion Calendar app for Mac or Windows. You can download directly from Notion's website here.
Enabling event notifications will provide you with helpful reminders for upcoming events, such as countdown timers in your desktop menu bar, making it easier to keep track of important dates and deadlines.
Also, with notifications turned on, you can stay organized and on top of your schedule, ensuring that you never miss an important event again.
When you connect all your Google accounts, all events from these calendars will appear in your Notion Calendar. This makes it easier to keep track of all your appointments and commitments in one place. Additionally, you have the ability to hide any calendars that you don't want cluttering up your view, allowing you to focus on the events that are most important to you.
To connect your Notion workspace to Notion Calendar, simply follow the steps on your screen.
Adding Notion databases to your Notion Calendar enables you to keep track of important tasks, deadlines, and appointments without having to switch between different platforms, making it easier to stay organized and on top of your schedule.
